METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept cash, checks, debit cards, and credit cards. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your appointment, please call our salon at (608) 284-1956.

Please leave a voicemail if you’re not connected to our front desk staff.

Our salon requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Appointments canceled less than 48 hours prior will be charged a minimum of 50% of the service amount.

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior or “no call, no shows” will be charged the full-service amount. 

If you’re 15+ minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged the full-service amount or offered a different service at the stylist’s discretion. 

*If the card on file declines, the client cannot rebook until the cancellation fee is paid.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

Your confidence and happiness are our ultimate goals, if the service doesn't meet your expectations, we offer complimentary adjustments with 14 days of your initial appointment. Just let us know, and we'll make sure you leave feeling absolutely fabulous. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the service.

PRODUCT RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer complete exchanges on all products. If you are unsatisfied with your new product, we will exchange it for something that better suits your needs. To qualify for a full refund, we require the product to be returned within 14 days of purchase. Products returned after 14 days will qualify for an exchange equal to or less than the original product’s purchase price. Heavily used products will not qualify for an exchange.
